William Gregory Buford, 56, of Salem, Alabama passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama.

Mr. Buford was born July 8, 1967 in Georgia. He worked many years as a framer in the construction industry. Mr. Buford enjoyed hunting deer and riding 4-wheelers in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Dianne Buford.

Surviving are his wife, Shirley Buford; children, Tyler Buford (Pauline), Rebecca Buford, and William "Bill" Buford; grandchildren, Bailey Buford, Kennadee Buford, Ripley Buford, Lucian Buford, Vivian Buford, and Tyler Buford, Jr.; step-father, Charles "Pop" Miller; many uncles and cousins.
