Sharon (Moore) Ogden

Sharon Moore Ogden, age 68, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Friday, December 22, 2023, at Piedmont Midtown Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 11:00 am at The Fort Church at Eastern Heights, 1342 17th street, Columbus, Georgia 31901. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the church.

Sharon was born October 7, 1955, in Phenix City, Alabama to the late Alvin and Evelyn Shirah Moore. She was employed for many years at Bull Creek Golf Course, attended The Fort Church, active in the brown bag program, and loved spending time at the beach with her family. Sharon loved helping people, and loved all her family, especially, her grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Moore.

She is survived by her daughter; Lauren (Paul) Weatherly; loving longtime companion; Ronnie Jones; brother, Timothy "Bubba" (Pam) Moore, sister; Debbie (Gene) Miles, grandchildren; Clayton Weatherly and Madelyn Weatherly, nieces; Casey Wallace, Christy Simmer, and Cari Miles. nephews: Steven Moore, Jr., Jarred Moore, and Brian Moore, many great nieces and great nephews.
