Samantha Regla (Turner) Smith

Samantha was descended from royalty; not the kind with money and honorifics but the kind with quiet dignity that can't be broken. No matter what life brought, Sam kept her head high and savored the little moments. Sam's Facebook has been filled with stories of her providing people jobs during her time as a Manager for Movie Stop or giving someone money to help them work towards their dream. She would go out of her way to improve someone else's day, stopping to tell ladies how they were rocking an outfit, sharing a funny meme with someone that might be having a hard day, or just offering encouragement and being present. 

Sam lived for her boys, Ashe and Spencer, as well as her niece and nephew. Her eyes lit up whenever they were mentioned and her social media was filled with pictures of time spent together. She worked hard to save to give her sons a yearly vacation and with it, the opportunity to create lasting memories. Sam also spent as much time as possible with her niece and nephew. She truly loved being their "Aunt Sam". 

Samantha is loved by many left behind including her parents (Richard & Patricia Turner), her siblings (David & [SIL]Colleen Turner, Sarah Turner, & Richard Turner), her maternal grandfather (Ralph Meers), her former work family at JoAnn's Arts and Crafts, and her many cherished friends. Sam also left behind her beloved felines and asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a local no kill animal rescue. As a self proclaimed "crazy cat lady", Sam wanted to help save as many as possible.
