Ronald Lee Kelley

Ronald Lee Kelley, 70, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on June 13, 2026.

Ronald was born on April 26, 1956, in Phenix City, Alabama, to Phillip Jack Kelley and Geraldine Brooks Kelley. He grew up with the values of hard work, loyalty, and kindness that would remain with him throughout his life.

Ronald built a career as an electrician, working for several places over the years including Swift. He took pride in his work and doing a good job.

Ronald was a devoted husband to Jean Marston Kelley. Their life together was marked by companionship and shared memories that remained important to him throughout his life. 

He was preceded in death by Jean, his parents and his grandson Lil Jimmy.

Ronald was also a man who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, and one of his greatest interests was golf. He loved the game for the challenge, the focus it required, and the time it gave him to enjoy the outdoors. 

He leaves behind daughter Leslie Davis; grand daughter Megan Kelly (Patrick); great granchildren, Oaklee and Denver; and nephew Steve Kelley. 

Ronald Lee Kelley’s life was shaped by the people he loved, the work he did, and the values he upheld. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
