Rodney Floyd Bennett, 71, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away at Arabella Health and Wellness of Phenix City on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Mr. Bennett was born October 17, 1952 to Clyde Bennett and Essie Kennedy Bennett in Columbus, Georgia. He served as a member of the United States National Guard before going on to own and work as a truck driver.

Surviving are his son, Jason Lavoie (Ashley); five grandchildren, Brooklynn Irvin, Jamison Murphy, Colby Lavoie, Kyle Lavoie, and Kaylee Lavoie.
