Richard Gene Cowart, 51 of Hatchechubbee, Alabama passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Columbus Hospice House, Columbus, GA. Richard was born October 24, 1969 in Tipton, IN, son of the late Thomas Jene Cowart and Rebecca Smith Cowart.

Richard worked for Rainbow Foods in maintenance.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Rebecca Smith Cowart; a sister Miranda Lynn Grimes, three daughters Kayla, Lane and Beth of Phenix City, and one grandchild Serenity of Lee County, Alabama.
