Rev. Harry Winters Obituary

Rev. Harry D. Winters Sr. died Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at his home. 

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Mike Randall and Rev. Ruble Youngblood officiating.  Burial will be private at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Wednesday,May 20, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. 

Rev. Winters was born August 25, 1941 in Lansing, Michigan to the late Harry and Esther Winters.  Rev. Winters was a member of Weems Road Freewill Baptist Church and Christian Motorcycles Association.  Rev. Winters was retired from the United States Army and from the Department of Army as a Military Analyst.  Rev. Winters served as a Baptist Minister for many years.  Rev. Winters was predeceased by his wife Mrs. Sandra Winters.

Surviving are his oldest son, Harry Winters Jr. (Terese); middle son, Brent Winters (Tiffany); and his daughter, Kimberley Isaacs. Mr. Winters had over 22 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
