Raymond Keith Laplante, 62, of Columbus, GA passed away November 21, 2019 at Columbus Specialty Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. He was born on February 6, 1957 to Richard and Bobbie Jean Laplante in Fort Benning, Georgia. He served in the United States Army and was a welder by trade.He was a animal lover and trainer. He also enjoyed scuba diving.
He is predeceased by father Richard Laplante. Surviving are his mother Bobbie Laplante,son Raymond Keith Laplante II, sister Katherine Byrd, brother Richard Laplante as well as nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home's Chapel with Pastor Brandon Reed officiating.
