Rankin Pickford Hooks

Rankin was born and lived his early years in Jacksonville, FL.  There he graduated from Dupont High School and later received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of West Florida.  He worked most of his life in the restaurant business.  

He is survived by his only surviving sister Joyce Sykes (Bob Sykes) (Spring Harbor, Columbus, GA).  His four sons James Rankin Hooks (Morgan Hooks) (Winter Garden, FL.)  Russell Pickford Hooks (Orlando, FL).  Alan Rankin Hooks (Stacey Hooks) (Columbus, GA). Ryan Henry Hooks (Ashley Hooks) (Phenix City, AL). Six grandchildren Courtney Hooks, Hayden Blake Hooks, Parker Hooks, Karma Hooks, Colby Hooks, Clayton Hooks.  Three step grandchildren Landon Slaten, Alleigh Reynolds, Elijah Reynolds.  

He will have a celebration of life on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 4003 16th Avenue Phenix City, AL 36867.
