Randy Keith Gibbons

Randy Keith Gibbons, 67, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

Randy was born on February 5, 1957 to Paul Sanford Gibbons and Bobbie Jean Porter in
Columbus, Georgia. He graduated from Jordan High School. Mr. Gibbons was a truck driver for
38 years, working for Dolly Madison, Air Gas, and Diversified Products. He took great pride in
caring for his lawn for his wife, who enjoyed being outside. His hard work did not go unnoticed,
as he won yard of the month almost every month.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sanford Gibbons and Bobbie Jean Porter.

Surviving are his wife, Janet Lora Gibbons of Phenix City, AL; two children, William Dinnie
Jeter (Angela) of Columbus, GA and Lorie Ann Steele (Warren) of Columbus, GA; five
grandchildren, William D. Jeter, Jr., Jodie Jeter, Clint Gibbons, Jared Gibbons, and Tiffany
Grimsley; and four siblings, Terry S. Gibbons, Paula J. Grimsley, Scott Gibbons, and Terry
Sanford Gibbons.
