Ralph "Uncle Bud" Wilson Shelley, Jr.

Ralph W. Shelley, Jr. 76 of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Tuesday February 2, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital.  Visitation will be held Saturday February 6, 2021 at Colonial Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Mr. Shelley was born November 5, 1944 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Ralph Wilson Shelley, Sr. and Mildred Wilkerson Shelley.  He retired from Delta Airlines as a Senior Customer Agent.  A member of the Mason's and a Shriner. Ralph enjoyed communicating on his CB Radio and was known as "Uncle Bud".

Mr. Shelley is survived by his wife Barbara Shelley of Phenix City, Alabama.  One Daughter Deanie Pearcy of Phenix City, Alabama.  Three Grandchildren Clint Thornton (Sarah) of Phenix City, Alabama.  Cody Pearcy (Courtney) of Ringgold, Georgia.  Casey Pearcy Mohammad (Abbas) of Phenix City, Alabama.  Three Great Grandchildren Cameron Thornton, Caden Thornton, Chief Mohammad of Phenix City, Alabama.  One Brother Jimmy Lee Shelley of Newnan, Georgia.  Group of Great Friends and CB Buddies also survive.  He was preceded in death by his sister and brother in law Ann and Warren Manire.
