Raegan was the cherished daughter of Courtney Harless Shirey and Rowdy Wickline. Her arrival into this world was a joyous occasion that brought an abundance of love and happiness to her parents. Raegan's innocence and purity were a beacon of hope, reminding all who were around her of the preciousness of life.

In her short time here, Raegan was surrounded by a loving family. She was a beloved sister to William Shirey, Landan Shirey, Ryan Wickline, Aria Shirey, Harper Shirey, Waylyn Wickline, and Peytyn Wickline. Each sibling had their own unique bond with Raegan, and her memory will be forever etched in their hearts. Her presence was a gift to her family, and she will always be remembered as a symbol of love and the unbreakable bonds of family.

Raegan's grandparents, Cynthia Harless and Rowdy Wickline, Sr., held her in a special place within their hearts. Her grandmother and grandfather cherished every moment they spent with her, and Raegan's legacy will continue to live on through the stories and memories they hold dear.
