Peggy Louise Newsome

Peggy Louise Newsome 78,  passed away on August 30th at her home. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Lakeview Memory Gardens 10:00am ET. 

The daughter of Emmett Davis and Vertice Nelson Davis McCarley. She was a homemaker, a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She had worked  in local bakeries and manufacturing companies during her lifetime. She also loved gardening, quilting, arts and crafts and her beloved dogs, Gidget and Zeus and Ozzie.

Surviving are her daughters: Wanda Waters and husband Leon, Rhonda Mizelle, Donna Duval and husband Michael; son Randy Scrimpshire and wife Melodie; grandchildren Jonathan Welch and wife Amanda; Joshua Welch; Heather Rabon and husband Ronnie; Cody Scrimpshire and wife Heather; Blake Bivens and wife Kaitlyn; Chad Scrimpshire; Lindsey Masters and husband Justin; Whitney Turner and Ashleigh Martin.  Great grandchildren: Gunner Oswalt, Gavin Oswalt, Johnathan Rabon, Alexis Rabon, Caleb Rabon, Colin Scrimpshire, Nolin Smith, Payton Smith, Cooper Bivens, Brianna Masters, Morgan Masters, Alexa Hart, Camron Hart, Karlie Hart.    Nieces Faye Capps and Pricilla Cram and other extended Family.
