Patience Catherine (Johnson) Pelham

 Patience Catherine Pelham, 88, of Milton, Florida passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at her home in Milton, Florida. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM EDST at Colonial Funeral Home & Crematory’s Chapel. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. Mrs. Pelham was born November 25, 1929 in Columbia, Mississippi to the late Henry Elbert and Hazel Eddis Jones Johnson. She was a homemaker and devoted military wife to her late husband, Sidney Leonard Pelham.In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 3 sons, Michael Pelham, Hank Pelham, and Kevin Pelham, 2 grandchildren, Michael Meadows and Mandy Boswell, and a brother, Willie Johnson. Surviving are her daughters, Norma (Jamie) Casselberry of Columbus, Georgia, and Joan (Jerry) Meadows of Milton, Florida, a sister, Ozella Dowdy of Lake of the Hills, Illinois, a brother, Henry Elbert “H.E.” Johnson of Houston, Texas, 7 grandchildren, Jesse L. Meadows of Pensacola, Florida, Jennifer Meadows of Hartford, Alabama, Nikki McCranie of Pace, Florida, Katherine “Kati” Hudson of Columbus, Georgia, Amanda Pelham of Smiths Station, Alabama, Jennifer Pelham, and Joshua Pelham both of Starke, Florida, 9 great grandchildren, Lizzie Meadows, Kelci Hudson, Noah Flores, Ava Flores, Anthony Dunn, Dallas Ramsey, Mason Ramsey, Nevaeh Mobley, and Michael Haney.
