Omie Viola Cook, 92, of Smiths Station, AL passed away on May 07, 2020 at her home in Smiths Station, Alabama.

Omie was born on April 12, 1928 to William Cribb and Viola Jackson in St. Paul, North Carolina. She was married to John Raymond Cook for 58 years. She is predeceased by her sons Ronald Gallups, Robert Stanley Cook, John Wesley Cook and granddaughter Robin Argyroudis.

surviving are her husband John Raymond Cook, daughter Linda Joyce Duke, Trisha Lee Smith (Dan), Tyia Ellen Dawson (Ronald) and Nancy Grantham (Rodger "Rocky"); sons Henry H. Gallups Jr. (Carol) and Bruce Quimby (Susan); Fourteen Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date due to social gathering limitations.
