Nickolas Cane Bishop aka Gwyndolin Starr Bishop, 35 of Seale, Alabama died Saturday February 25, 2023 in Phenix City, Alabama. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 3:00 PM ET at Uchee Creek Campground Activity Center Building, 7 Uchee Creek Rd., Ft. Mitchell, AL.

Nickolas was born October 7, 1987 in Columbus, Georgia to Debora Word and the late William Ernest Bishop.  He worked at the Waffle House as a cook.  

He is survived by his mother Debora Word of Seale, AL. One son William Bishop of Seale, AL. Partner Ian O'Donnell of Columbus, GA.  Siblings Jessey (Rebecca) Bishop of Seale, AL. Ellyssa Aster of Seale,  AL. Kelsey (Chandler) Herring of Seale, AL. Shayne (Skylar) Word of Phenix City, AL. Christian (Emily) Word of Smith Station, AL.  Maternal grandparents Gerald and Patricia Crawford of Eufaula, AL.  Niece Safina. Nephews Kyler and Jessey James. Nickolas was preceded in death by his father William Ernest Bishop and grandmother Patricia Singleton.
