Michael "Mike" Lawrence Ward, 63 of Smiths Station, Alabama passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 3, 2019 beginning at 3:00 PM at Cascade Hills Church with Rev. Gene Boyd officiating.

Mike was born September 20, 1955 in Columbus, Georgia to Lawrence Ward and Georgia Adams Ward. He worked at Youngs plant farm in Opelika and was a long distance truck driver.

Surviving are his sister, Connie Ward Jordan (Butch); nephew, Stephen Jencks (Bridgette) of Panama City, FL; nieces, Allison Jordan, Brooke Kitchens and a host of friends.
