Michael Wayne Wilson

Michael Wayne Wilson, age 61, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023 at his home.
Michael was born March 27, 1962 in Columbus, Georgia to the late William Clarence Wilson and Barbara Ann Harper Wilson. He moved to Michigan at a young age and worked in a plastic molding plant before returning to Phenix City where he worked in the textile mill. Michael enjoyed watching sports on television with his brother, especially the WWE, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Lions. He enjoyed playing cards, especially poker, and he loved his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Angela Pankow and a brother, John Thomas Wilson.
Surviving are his sisters; Linda Mackie, Susie Wilson, and Deborah Adkins; brother, Raymond Wilson; nieces and nephews, Leland Hammond, Stacie Hammond, Tiffany Wolf, Mia Anavi, Stephanie Scheindler, and Ryan Scheindler; also, many other family members.
