Melissa Nichole Moss

Melissa Nichole Moss, 39, of Phenix City, Alabama died Saturday, May 23, 2020 in Lee County, Alabama.  Memorial Services will be held Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 4:00 PM ET at New Beginnings Church with Brother Brad McDaniel officiating.  Visitation will be held Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Colonial Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM ET. 

Melissa was born July 22, 1980 in Columbus, Georgia to Glenn and Rebecca Moss.  She was employed at 13th Street Barbecue in Ladonia, Alabama and had a great love for butterflies. 

Surviving are her two sons, Kevin Eugene Moore, Jr. of Phenix City, Alabama and Jayden Rayshawn Moss of Phenix City, Alabama; mother, Rebecca Moss of Phenix City, Alabama; maternal Grandmother, Dora Ellen Henderson of Phenix City, Alabama; one sister, Stacy Michelle Jackson (Toby) of Smiths Station, Alabama; two nephews, Jeffrey Allen Cain of Prattville, Alabama and Jeremy Mark Jackson of Smiths Station, Alabama.
