Mary Annette (Goodwin) Thomas

Mary Annette Thomas 80, of Opelika, Alabama passed away  Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Piedmont Northside Campus, Columbus, Georgia

Mrs. Thomas was born December 2, 1941 in Pulaski, Georgia daughter of the late James Goodwin and Lessie Williams Goodwin.  She was the widow of Gaylord Thomas. She was a homemaker, attended Shield of Faith Church and enjoyed bingo.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 1:30pm ET at Lakeview Memory Gardens, Phenix City, AL  with Rev. Jimmy McClain officiating.  Visitation will be held  from 12:00 to 1:00pm at the funeral home. A funeral procession will depart from Colonial Funeral Home at 1:00pm ET. 

Mary Annette Thomas is survived by two daughters, Pamela Davis (Junior) and Teresa Faulk (Danny); three sisters, Debbie Wheelis, Barbara Bohanan and Linda Perry; grandchildren Cindy Davis, JJ Davis, Brandi Cooper, Brad McDaniel (Summer), Ben McDaniel (Allison) and Daniel Faulk (Anna); and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son Charles Hill, Jr. and a sister Carolyn Russell.
