Margaret Ann (Griggers) Brinkley

Margaret Ann Brinkley, 79, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Friday, May 5, 2023 at Canterbury Health and Rehab in Phenix City, Alabama. Memorial services will be Held Thursday, May 11, 2023 at11:00am ET at Beaver Creek Baptist Church, Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00am ET prior to the service.

Mrs. Brinkley was born July 5, 1943 to the late, Heyward L. Griggers and Lois Pike Griggers in Montezuma, Georgia. She enjoyed reading, crafts, and sewing. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Brinkley and one son, Heyward Karl Watson.

Surviving are three children, Connie Watson Whitmer (Tommy), James W. "Bud" Watson, Jr., and Robert Keith Watson; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Rhoda Griggers Thompson; and three nieces.
