Linda Goodwin

Linda Sharon Goodwin (Michael), age 75, of Phenix City, Alabama, passed away on February 22, 2026, in Phenix City, Alabama.
Linda was born on June 29, 1950, in Columbus, Georgia. 
She is survived by her children: Bobby Gilmore Jr. and his wife, Tara; Buffy Land; Tracy Gilmore; Eddie Long Jr. and his wife, Jennifer; Alice Minton; and Eric Goodwin and his wife, Beth. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is further survived by her sister, Dorthy Swims.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Goodwin; her parents, Ralph Michael and Alice Simmons; her brother, Butch Michael; and her son-in-law, Kenny Land. 
Linda will be remembered by those whose lives she touched. 

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 1PM EST at Colonial Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest privately at Evergreen Memorial Park.
