Lexi was born December 30, 2019 to Brandon Baker and Samantha Pizzlatto. Surviving are her loving parents; brother, Allen Lee Pizzlatto-Baker; grandparents, Daniel Meadows, Stacey Meadows, Clyde Ann Pizzlatto and Jimmie Pizzlatto; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
