Joyce Armour Knowles

Joyce Armour Knowles, 54, of Smiths Station passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023. Services will be private.

Mrs. Armour was born March 4, 1968 to the late, Larry and Gaynelle Norton in Columbus, Georgia. She worked in a dental lab and loved spending all her free time at the river. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Trina Barfield and Deborah Tallman.

Surviving are her husband, Floyd Knowles; her step-mom, Kathy Norton; three daughters, Leslie Murry (Chris), Amber Sanders, and Brandi Anderson (Kenne); step daughters,  Rachel and Melanie; seven grandchildren, Breanna Price, Ryder Murry, Sabrina Murry, Chase Mason, Logan Mason, Gabrielle Brannon, and Kambria Anderson; one sister, Teresa Armour; and four brothers, Phillip Thames (Sylvia), Joey Norton (Tracy), Larry Norton (Kimberly), and David Norton (Brittany).
