Jimmie Earl Cochran, Sr.

Jimmie Earl Cochran, Sr., 78, of Manchester, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Providence Healthcare in Thomaston, Georgia. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, Alabama with Pastor Brian Gibson officiating.

Mr. Cochran was born September 5, 1944 to the late, Ralph Reed Cochran and Eunia Spears Cochran in Columbus, Georgia. He attended Fellowship Church and loved watching television, especially westerns. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Rita June Cochran; one niece, Terry Saturday.

Surviving are his son, Jimmie Cochran, Jr. (Lisa); sister, Helen Saturday; grandchildren, Josh Cochran, Austin Cochran, Brianna Cochran, and Tyler Cochran; nieces, Louise Morris, Melissa Saturday and Cheryl Saturday; and many other extended family.
