Jeffrey's journey began as the beloved son of Lala and Lyle Duane Scott, both of whom predeceased him, along with his siblings, Randall Duane Scott and Julie Scott. His brother, Bobby Scott (Wava), and sister, Jean Smith (Bill), will remember Jeffrey as a guiding light in their lives, a source of endless support and inspiration.

A devoted father, Jeffrey's spirit will live on in his daughter, Jennifer Scott Farrish (Carl), and his son, Christopher Isaac Miller.
