Jeffery Abney Obituary

Jeffery Douglas Abney, 46, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. A memorial service will be held at Woodland Baptist Church and will be announced.

Mr. Abney was born March 1, 1976 to the late, James "Larry" Abney and Hilda May Abney in Columbus, Georgia. He worked as a painter for Owens Paint Company and was a member of Woodland Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, mud riding, spending time with his children and his friends. Most of all, he loved his family and was loved by his wife and children.

Surviving are his wife, Jamie Leigh Parrish; three children, Briar Abney, Brooklynn Parrish, and Jacob Parrish; brother, Tim Abney; mother, Hilda Abney.
