James B. Hornsby 69, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Sunday January 2, 2022 at his home. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

James was born June 9, 1952 in Chambers County, Alabama to the late Floyd and Evelyn Hornsby. He was a pipe fitter and served his community as a volunteer fireman.

Mr. Hornsby is survived by his wife Patricia Hornsby of Phenix City, Alabama. One daughter Christy (Curtis) Burdette of Beulah, Alabama. Step-son Ronnie (Misty) Norris of Salem, Alabama. Nine Grandchildren. One Great Grandchild. Two sisters Louise (Jimmy) Nelson of Lanett, Alabama and Jeanette Head of Panama City, Florida. His canine companion Ebo.
