James Randall Cole

James Randall Cole, age 74, of Salem, Alabama died Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Saint Francis Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Colonial Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 pm ET with Brother Dennis Weathers officiating. The family will receive friends before the service from 1-2-pm.

Randall was born August 14, 1949, in Troy, Alabama to the late Winnie Beth Parrish and William Cole. He was a retired welder from Boral Brick. He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Cole.

Survived by his wife of 42 years, Janet Cole of Salem, Alabama; son, Deon Bowles (Jill), 2 grandsons; Austin Bowles (Taylor), Trey Bowles (Erica); great grandchildren, Madeline, Reagan, and Avery Bowles; 7 nieces, 3 nephews, 14 great nieces, 6 great nephews, 1 great great nephew, and 2 half sisters; Cynthia Holland and Billie Stiyer.
