Jack Kittrell

Jack Cecil Kittrell, 84, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 2:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home in Phenix City, Alabama with Rev. Emory Evans and Rev. Frances Corbin officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, March 10, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home.

Mr. Kittrell was born October 25, 1938 to the late, John and Lucille Kittrell in Phenix City, Alabama. He served as a member of the United States Army and United States Army Reserves before going on to work and retire from the United States Postal Services after 31 years. Mr. Kittrell enjoyed motorcycles and antique cars. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Kittrell and Don Kittrell.

Surviving are his daughter, Jennifer Ponce (David), step-sons, Christopher Petrey and Chad Petrey; sisters, Becky Kittrell, Rose Ann Meroney, and Carol Culver; brother, Ronnie Kittrell; and numerous nieces, nephews and grand-niece Emily.
