Herbert C. Williams, Jr., 81, of Seale, Alabama passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Columbus Hospice House. Due to Covid-19 exposure, funeral services have been cancelled.

Mr. Williams was born June 4, 1939 in Louisville, Alabama to the late, Herbert and Mary Williams. Mr. Williams retired from the Construction Industry and was a member of Ladonia Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one sister, LaNelle Griffin and two brothers, John Williams and Tag Williams.

Herbert is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara Shavers Williams of Seale, Alabama; one son, Stephen (Kem) Williams of Opelika, Alabama; one daughter, Lorinda (Randy) Selby of Dalton, Georgia; grandchildren, Cody (Teddy) DuBose of Auburn, Alabama and Kendra (Andrew) Hawkins of Rome, Georgia; great-grandchildren, Fallyn Hinkamper-Hawkins of Rome, Georgia, Henry Hawkins of Rome, Georgia, Louise DuBose of Auburn, Alabama, and Edwin DuBose of Auburn, Alabama; one sister, Patricia (Bobby) Brooks of Hurtsboro, Alabama; numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to a charity of your choice.
