Helen Wright, 74, of Columbus, Georgia passed away Friday, January 19, 2024.
Mrs. Wright was born August 28, 1949 to the late, W.R. Hunt and Artie Haynes Tucker in Camp Hill, Alabama. She was owner and operator of Columbus Vacuum in Columbus, Georgia. She enjoyed video games, cards, thrift shopping and being around her family. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Blair and her brother, James Claude Hunt.
Surviving are her husband, Richard "Mickey" Wright; children, Dee Scott, Teresa Baumguant Youngern (Michael), Crystal Beach (Ricky), Sue Musick (Randy), Lynette Wright, Tracie Adams, Danny McConell, and Jerold Wright; many adopted daughters; brothers, Walter Hunt, Harvey Hunt, and Henry Hunt; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her best friend, Cheryl Akery.
