Grady Watson Obituary

Grady Frank Watson, 75, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Magnolia Manor in Columbus, Georgia. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home in Phenix City, Alabama with Rev. Ricky Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, Alabama.

Mr. Watson was born August 22, 1945 to John A. Watson and Mattie Florence Stephenson Watson in Columbus, Georgia. He retired from APAC and was a member of Auburn Heights Baptist Church. Mr. Watson loved racing, the East Alabama Motor Speedway and gardening, especially peanuts.

Surviving are his brother, Leon Watson, Sr.; two sisters, Elizabeth Smallwood and Peggie Smith; nieces and nephews.
