Glenn Eugene Franco

Glenn Eugene Franco, 68 of Seale, Alabama passed away December 24, 2019  in Seale.  Mr.  Franco was born September 6, 1951 in Maui, Hawaii son of Eugene  Franco and Bertha Souza Franco.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran of over 20 years service including Vietnam and Desert Storm.  He had worked for Home Quarters, Walmart, Russell County School System, and Marriott Hoolihans. He loved Alabama football, politics and foster animals from Paws. He was a dialysis patient.

Graveside services with full military honors will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 1:00pm ET at FT. Mitchell National Cemetery,with Rev. Marcus Hammond officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, December 30, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Franco is survived by his wife Joyce Franco, son Glenn Eugene Franco, Jr.,  3 daughters, Bonnie Kathleen Armstrong ( Garrett),  Anne Marie Franco, and  Victoria LeeAnn Franco; 6 grandchildren, Haylee Armstrong, Lorenzo Franco, Colton Armstrong, Isabella Crawford, Christen Scott Crawford II, and Alisha Palmer; a sister Bernadette Richards, two nephews Troy Richards and Craig Richards; Rocky his service dog, special companion and best friend.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to PAWS or Valley Rescue Mission.
