Gary Lee McNatt, Sr.

Gary Lee McNatt, Sr., 75, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Friday, September 8, 2023.

Mr. McNatt was born September 16, 1947 to the late, Eugene and Laverne McNatt in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. He served as member of the United States Navy before going on to work as an auto mechanic. Mr. McNatt spent a lot of time at the dirt track in the 1980’s. He loved bowling, karaoke, going to the flea marker, and was an avid Alabama fan. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his late wife, Christine Lee McNatt; one brother, James McNatt; and one grandson, Jesse McLendon.

Surviving are his wife, Alicia McNatt; three children, Gary McNatt, Jr. (Mary), Sandy Ansley (Cory), and Jason McNatt (Kim); step-children, Christopher Watkins, Kimberly Watkins, and Jessica Watkins (Nick); bonus daughter, Jaime Lowell; grandchildren, Brice Adams (Kassie), Brian Adams (Alyssa), Chase Ansley, Tonya Latrish Miller (James), Tabbitha Ann Morrell (Curtis), Casey McNatt, Destiny Boothe, Damien Greer, Colton Carter, Amie Lowe, Arya Pittman, Christina Terry (Shane) and  DJ McLendon; several great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Juanita Thomas (Bob).
