Born on July 28th, 1958, in the welcoming community of Michigan, Elaine's journey through life was marked by an unwavering spirit of love and compassion that left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she encountered.
Elaine's life was a testament to the power of family and the enduring bonds of love. She is lovingly remembered by her devoted spouse, Wallace John Hartenstein. Elaine's legacy is further carried on by her two daughters, Amanda and Angela Davis, who reflect her nurturing nature and her deep-rooted values. Her life lessons and memories will be treasured by her sisters, Vicky Brown and Janie Graham Wood, who shared in the joys and challenges of life with Elaine by their side.
In her early years, Elaine's vibrant personality and keen intellect were evident to all who knew her. Her childhood in Michigan provided a strong foundation of community and kinship that she carried with her throughout her life. Elaine's passion for life was paralleled by her commitment to her family. Her role as a mother was one she cherished deeply, guiding her daughters with a gentle hand and an open heart.
Elaine is preceded in death by her dear parents, Marvin and Martha Wood, She is also preceded by her sister, Priscilla Norris, with whom she shared a bond that transcended time and space. Their memories will continue to be honored and cherished by Elaine's family and friends.
