Edward "Eddie" Eugene Woodall, Jr., 39, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Friday, September 29, 2023 in Cozumel, Mexico. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 9, 2023 at 3:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home in Phenix City, Alabama. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET.
Eddie was born January 18, 1984 in Phenix City, Alabama. He was an avid Auburn football fan. His true love was for his niece Makayla his family and for Auburn to beat Bama. He currently was working for Texas Pride Fuels, LTD in Midland, Texas and he loved his work family; Rob Kemp, Lamont Chappell, John Pradier, James Smith, Kyle Nielsen and Ricky Mooneyham. Eddie loved spending time with family, friends the great outdoors and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was loving and caring and often put others needs before his own. Eddie truly had an heart of gold. Eddie fulfilled his dream of being a long haul truck driver. He never met a stranger. He made a friend(s) everywhere he went. Eddie will be truly missed by those who knew and loved him. This is not goodbye it’s Bon-voyage for now.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Bailey; one cousin, Jarred Jacobs; grandparents, Vera (Dennis) Myrick, Ed Bolling, Charlotte Donaldson and Charles T. McCoy.
Surviving are his mother, Teresa Woodall; father, Kenneth Bailey; sister, Valarie Bolling; niece, Makayla Bolling; nephews, Jayden Stokes, Maxton and Mayson Bolling; cousins, Amanda (Royal) Williamson, Cebo (Amber) James, Coley (Kristen) Jacobs and Megan Fix; aunts and uncles, Sheila (Chris) Salter, Dana (Steve) Fix, and Edsel (Brenda) Bolling.
