Debra Miller Obituary

Debra Elaine Miller, a cherished mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026, in Phenix City, Alabama. Born on April 10, 1954, in Columbus, Georgia, Debra's life was a testament to the love and care she poured into her family.

She was the daughter of the late William Isaiah Cobb and Betty Joyce Meadows. Debra built a fulfilling career at Columbus Water Works in the Accounts Receivable Department.

Upon her retirement, Debra found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She cherished the time spent at home, playing with her beloved grandchildren, Dylan and Ayden Miller. They were the light of her life, and she often said that being a grandmother was her greatest joy. Debra was also a devoted mother to her son, Lemuel H. "Lenny" Miller IV.

Debra's interests extended to quiet evenings with a good book, catching up on her favorite television shows, and playing games on her phone.

Her brother, Billy Cobb (Lee), will fondly remember the bond they shared. Their connection was built on a lifetime of memories.

Debra's warmth, generosity, and unwavering commitment to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was a woman who always put the needs of her loved ones before her own, ensuring that they were well-cared for and loved. Her absence will be felt in the quiet moments, the family gatherings, and in every place where her laughter and love once filled the room.

As we bid farewell to Debra Elaine Miller, we celebrate the life of a woman who was truly the heart of her family.
