David Jethro Herring

David Jethro Herring, a cherished son, brother, husband, passed away on November, 6 2025 in Columbus, Georgia. Born on May 11, 1987 to David Herring and the late Theresa Herring, 

David's life was one of connection and love, deeply rooted in his family. He is survived by his son David Herring Jr. of FL; his father, David Herring of FL; his grandparents, Ronald and Evelyn Golden of GA. His legacy continues through his siblings, Ashley Herring of GA and Josh Herring of FL, as well as numerous extended family. Though his mother, Theresa Herring, preceded him in death, the bond they shared remains a testament to the enduring nature of a mother's love. 

Professionally, David found his calling at Rodgers Metal Fabrication, where he honed his skills as a welder. Beyond his work, David was an avid fisherman, a pastime that allowed him to revel in the serenity of nature and the thrill of the catch. His love for fishing was more than a hobby; it was a cherished opportunity to connect with the world around him.

David's life was one of love, laughter, and unwavering commitment to those he held dear. His passing leaves a void in the lives of all who knew him, yet his legacy is one of inspiration and enduring affection. As we bid farewell to David Jethro Herring, we celebrate the time we were fortunate enough to share with him and the countless ways he enriched our lives.
