David Lorenz Doughman, Sr

David Lorenz Doughman, Sr., 63, of Columbus, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023, from 3:00 PM EST to 5:00 PM EST at Colonial Funeral Home in Phenix City, Alabama.

Mr. Doughman was born August 22, 1959, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, son of Gladwyn Neil Doughman and Joan Magelene Kutz Doughman.  He worked as a pattern maker and machinist and Perfect Patterns South. Mr. Doughman enjoyed hunting and fishing. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepmother, Fran Doughman.

Surviving are his three sons, Dustin Doughman, David Doughman, Jr., and Tony Barthelmess (Heather); grandchildren, Dustin Doughman, Jr., Annabelle Doughman, Dawson Doughman, Dillon Barthelmess, and Anniston Watson; siblings, Mike Doughman (Connie) of Columbus, Georgia, Dean Doughman of Iron Mountain, Michigan, and Donota Sorensen of Seattle, Washington.
