Daniel "Danny Boy" Gordon Phillips, 52, formerly of Anniston, Alabama died Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at his home in Phenix City, Alabama.

A private service will be held in Anniston, Alabama.

"Danny Boy" was born September 19, 1968 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia to the late Calvin Pinson and Marie Haynes Phillips. He retired as a grounds keeper in the farming industry, enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, and his dog. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Buffy Usery.

Surviving are his mother, Marie Phillips of Seale, Alabama; 3 sisters, Shonda Connell of Colorado, Cindy Rovig of Seale, Alabama, and Sandra Higginbotham of Ohatchee, Alabama; and a brother, Phillip Pinson.
