Charlotte Dianne Hogan, a beacon of love and strength, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025, in Columbus, GA, at the age of 74. Born on August 20, 1950, in Alexandria, VA, Charlotte was the cherished daughter of the late James Von West and Virginia Mae West.
She leaves behind husband, Christopher Jay Lorgust and her daughters, Mary Taylor and Nicole Lee-Al Waller (Billy).
Charlotte's family includes grandchildren, Hunter Bryant (Emily), Trevor Fincher, Mikayla Hill (Demeterius), Chris Waller (Nicole), and Blake Waller. Her love extended to her great-grandchild, Kinsley Bryant.
Charlotte's sister, Linda Shatto, was a constant support throughout her life.
Professionally, Charlotte dedicated many years of service as a material handler at Geico, where her work ethic and collaborative spirit were highly valued.
As we bid farewell to Charlotte, we celebrate a life lived and a heart that generously loved. Her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us, and her memory will be a comforting presence in our lives forever.
