Charles Simmons

Charles Simmons, age 66, of Smiths Station, Alabama passed away June 14, 2022 at Columbus Hospice House in Columbus, Georgia.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 12:00 noon ET at Colonial Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Dravenstott officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens,

The family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Simmons was born March 29, 1956 in Troy, Alabama to the late Huey and Shirley Jean Brown Simmons. He retired from Phenix City sanitation department and was a member of Midway Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Deborah Goodman Simmons.
