Alberta Diggins Obituary

Alberta Diggins, 70, of Columbus, GA passed away on April 24, 2020 at her home in Columbus, Georgia.

She was born on October 8, 1949 to Albert and Laura Simpson Diggins in Anguilla, Mississippi.

Alberta loved watching golf and cheering on Tiger Woods. She also enjoyed gardening and was especially fond of flowers. Many days you could also find her listening to her favorite artist Tina Turner. She loved her work and all those that she worked for who were truly a part of the family.

She is survived by four children, Kariba Ellis, Charle Ellis, Joseph Ellis III, and Robin Diggins; five grandchildren, Christian Owens, Paul Owens, Joseph Ellis IV, Tonya Ellis and Chianne Ellis; also are surviving are Two Great-grandchildren, Two Brothers, Six Sisters, and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
