Roy Taylor, 67, of Smiths Station, Alabama, passed away on July 5, 2017. There will be a graveside service on July 7, 2017 at 10:30 AM EDT with full military honors at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. He was a retired Army Veteran after 21 years of service, a Military Policeman, and served in Desert Storm. He worked for Waste Management for 18 years. He was a devoted father. 

Survivors are his wife, Debra Newsome Taylor of Smiths Station; Son, Mark Taylor (Marie) of Phenix City, AL; Son, Brian Taylor (Elizabeth) of Smiths Station, AL; Granddaughter, Abbie Taylor of Smiths Station, AL.
