Renee was born on August 30, 1963 in Germany. She spent her formative years and early adult life living in and around the New York City area moving to Columbus in her mid-twenties. She was an avid reader, had a passionate thirst for knowledge and loved to travel. Renee loved traveling to the beach and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the ocean. Renee worked at TSYS for over 31 years. She was a valued team member and was critical to many successes TSYS has had over the years. She worked on the TSYS Y2K project, worked in the Client Relations Division, managed Testing teams, and for the last ten years was a Consultant in the Authorization Division developing treasured friendships along the way. Renee grew up in a small family and loved them immensely. She also developed many friendships who became her family. Her spirit will be kept alive by the many people Renee touched during her life. She is survived by her loving husband Rick Hingle of Columbus, Georgia, her Aunt Pat Diaz-Verson of Florida, Cousin Sal DiazVerson of Alabama, and Elizabeth Michael (Joseph) of California, her Mother-in-law Joe Anne Claborn, Lumpkin Georgia, brother and sister-in-law Grant and Winona “Wanda” Hingle, Ellaville, Georgia, Nephew Justin Hingle and great niece Lily Hingle, Warner Robbins, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her Mother Alice Rebecca “Becky” Floyd Nagy, Father Kalman Nagy, and brother Kalman “Mark” Nagy. A memorial service to celebrate Renee’s life will be held on January 4th, 2020, 2:00 PM at St. Peter United Methodist Church, Moon Road, Columbus, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Columbus Hospice or John B. Amos Cancer Center.
