Marcus Ray Holland

Marcus "Mark" Ray Holland, 36, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, September 8, 2018 in Austell, Georgia. A Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 13, 2018 beginning at 3:00 PM ET at Colonial Funeral Home with Rev. David Rathel officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET. Internment will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, Alabama.

Marcus was born December 14, 1981 in Columbus, Georgia to Michele Chapman and Marty Holland. He was a construction worker, enjoyed reading his Bible daily, tennis, exercise, running daily, spending time with his family, watching football and feeding red birds. He is preceded in death by his grandma, Ann Holland and aunt, Judy Holland.

Surviving are his parents, Michele & Tony Chapman and Marty & Cindy Holland, sisters, Vicky & David Lowery, Jennifer & Woody Viereck, Dicie Holland, brothers, Tray & Kim Chapman, Chris & Angela Holland, aunts and uncles, Terry and Teresa Holland, Benny and Joy Holland, Hank Holland and several nephews & nieces he loved deeply.
