John Samuel Belflowers, Jr., 47, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 in Columbus, Georgia. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 01, 2018 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 2:00 PM EDST with Chaplain Dean Knipe officiating.

Mr. Belflowers was born August 23, 1970 to John Samuel Belflowers, Sr. and Sara Hunter Belflowers. He is preceded in death by his father and sister, Tammy Williams.

Surviving are his wife, Carrie Belflowers, mother, Sara Hunter Belflowers, son Brad Aaron Belflowers, stepdaughter, Alex Flarity, stepson, Jiovanni Guerra, nephew, Joshua Ryan McGee as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
