Jeffery Wayne Ryals, 47, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Friday evening at Midtown Medical Center.

A memorial service will be announced later.

Jeffery was born August 8, 1970 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Carl Jones Ryals and Glenda S. Thomas Ryals. He was an electrician, United States Navy Reserves veteran, and was preceded in death by his wife, Julia White Ryals earlier this year.

Surviving other than his mother,are his daughter, Ember Elizabeth Ryals, 2 sons, Julian Brice Ryals (Krista) and Jared Wayne Ryals, and 5 grandchildren
