James Arnold Tarver, 73, of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 in Phenix City, Alabama. A memorial service will be held Satuday, June 9, 2018 at 904 11th Avenue Phenix City, AL beginning at 3:00 PM with Apostle Evelyn Jacobs officiating. Surviving is his son, Ricky Nelson.

Mr. Tarver was born June 24, 1944. He spent much of his life working at Phenix City Water Works.
